With the help of Add Free Promo Product, the extension adds innovative rules to existing Magento shopping cart rules with an ability to add free promo products automatically to a cart once the customer meets promo rule conditions. The setup automaticaly removes all hassles of your customer to get a free product. This extension will give a clear indication of a free gift product by having a "Free" label appear with free gift product.
The free product item will appear everywhere, including the order email notification, order history pages, invoices, etc. It allows a merchant to choose the rule name "Auto Add Product" & enter multiple SKU lists to be added as free promo products automatically to the customer's shopping cart. Additionally, it gives you an edge by allowing you to write your own gift conditions, which gives you a great control on how you want to provide gifts to your customers.
The spin results, prizes, win/lose, a number of spins and more can be controlled. The store admin can also customize the look and feel of a spin wheel to bring it in line with your brand or colour scheme set the probability of winning, add your own custom prize data. To use this Add Free Promo Product you have to Go to System > Configuration > Add Free Promo Product Tab:
- Here is a configuration option to Enable/Disable Add Free Promo Product extension for Magento 1
- Set specify text which will appear as a label to free promo item
- Admin can set the maximum allowed free promo item quantity
- Gift product popup Label, Title, Font color, etc. can be customised by using given configurations
- By using given configuration admin can edit free gift product rule
- If an admin wants to auto add gift product to customers cart then simply select Auto Add Product rule and apply
- Here an admin can manage promo items by writing comma separated product SKUs (Multiple SKUs will work if all the products are simple & without custom options)
- Apply the rule only to cart items which match the condition
- The Free Gift Product is automatically added to your shopping cart.
- Here admin can add a link to "Choose Gift Product" with the custom option.
- Here is a Free Gift Product popup with the custom option.
