In this step by step install extension :
Step 1. Login to Magento backend.
Step 2. Go to System > Tools > Compilations.
If Compiler Status is Enabled, then disable the compilation by clicking the button Disable in the upper right corner. After installation of extension, you can enable compilation again.
Step 3. Backup your store database and web directory.
Step 4. Download extension from your Personal Account.
For manually Upload extension follow below steps :
Step 1. Unzip the extension locally.
Step 2. Copy contents of the folder to the root directory of Magento store.
Step 3. If you have installed a theme for your Magento shop other than the Magento default theme, then you need to copy files to the correct folders as follows to match your Magento shop’s current design theme.
Step 4. Download extension from your Personal Account.
Install the extension by using "Magento Connect" :
Step 1. In the admin section go to "System -> Magento Connect -> Magento Connect Manager".
Step 2. Then in the section "Direct package file upload" upload extension’s package and click upload.
Step 3. A console will inform you of the installation progress that would mean that you have sucessfully installed extension.
Step 4. If you have installed a theme for your Magento shop other than the Magento default theme, then you need to copy files to the correct folders as follows to match your Magento shop’s current design theme.
After install extension follow below steps :
Step 1. Completely clear the site cache. Go to System > Cache Management. Click button Flush Magento Cache.
If you want to clear the cache manually, you need to remove a folder /var/cache at the server.
Step 2. Logout from Magento backend and login again.
Step 3. Once the extension is installed it is important to go back to Magento admin and adjust its options according to your needs. Also make sure that your online store is properly functioning and there are no errors.
