All notifications can be bound to start date & end date from admin & notification will get hide when it reaches to end date. Set notification bar animation speed in a millisecond
Set notification bar content position i.e top or bottom

Here admin can generate new notification bar by clicking on 'Add New' button
An admin can manage all notification bar from here. This consists the information like ID, Start & end date, Content, Store View, Status, etc.

Here an admin can edit particular notification and able to Enable/Disable it
StartSet start and end date to display notification
Choose pages like All, Home page, Category page etc. to display notification

An admin can write notification content here and able to set background & text color.

Yes

2. Can admin display any media like image as notification?

Currently,admin can display only text as notification.
