This Refund & Return Policy outlines the general terms and conditions applicable to refunds and returns for physical/digital products and service-based offerings. Whether you’ve made a purchase from our online store or subscribed to one of our services, we are committed to resolving any concerns in a transparent and timely manner.

SetuBridge offers its customers a 45-days money-back guarantee for all the extensions. Users can submit a request for a full refund of the product along with a reason. To verify the reason for submitting the refund request is valid or not, SetuBridge shall be provided with the site's access with which the product is integrated. Thereafter the checking, we shall decide to approve or reject the refund request.

Fees for installation, conflict resolution, and customization services shall not be refundable. In the case of copyright infringement, refund requests shall not be entertained. Refund requests about conflicts due to third-party extensions, customized coding, coding methodology, and standard of coding shall not be acknowledged.

If any conflicts occur while integrating our products in your ecosystem due to third-party software or tools, we shall resolve them. Kindly note that any additional development required to resolve the said conflicts will be charged separately and whether to process the refund or not will be subject to SetuBridge's discretion.

Reasons such as ‘Change of Mind’, ‘Purchased for Evaluation’, ‘Purchased by Mistake’, and ‘Product No Longer in Use’ shall not be deemed fit valid grounds of refund. Further, refund requests with reasons such as non-technical feasibility of customization, non-mentioned feature, and design layout shall also be denied.

Once the issue has been registered, it shall not be possible for us to serve them immediately. We shall require 4-5 business days, as well as accurate information from the client's end to successfully fix the issue. Failure to provide necessary access (ftp, ssh & admin details) and information shall jeopardize the process.

In case of a successful refund request, the client shall receive the amount within 10-15 business days. Upon completion of the refund request, it is expected that the client deactivates and destroys all the copies of the products from their servers. In case of non-compliance for the same, the client will be required to pay again.
Due to the custom and time-bound nature of our service-based offerings (such as consulting, development, or customisation work), these are generally not eligible for refunds once the service has been initiated or delivered. However, we are always open to discussing concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
SetuBridge reserves the right to alter the aforementioned refund policy as and when deemed fit.
