How It Works?

Extension Configuration:

General Configuration: Depending upon your requirements, an admin operating this plug-in can either enable or disable Magento WhatsApp extension with a simple YES/NO selection on the configuration page.

Customizable Configurations: Apart from the basic configuration, there are many other features that you can utilize for better functioning of the conversation module. Under this module, you can set up a Mobile Number for a chat, an introductory message for your customers, the visibility devices for as well as the positioning of an icon.
Icon position settings: This functionality can work in two ways. Either the user can enable the movable option, which allows user to move the icon anywhere on the given web page. Another way to utilize this is that admin can pre-configure the position of WhatsApp chat Icon.
Here, the given image shows a default position of WhatsApp contact icon with a close button.
Once the extension is enabled, an admin can also select the positioning for the application Icon. If the admin chooses not to select a position for the icon themselves, then our default settings will position the icon as attached in this screenshot. To enhance the consumer experience, we also offer a movable option of the chat icon. By enabling this option, a user can move the chat icon around web page at their convenience.
