Extension Configuration:

General Configuration:

Depending upon your requirements, an admin operating this plug-in can either enable or disable Magento WhatsApp extension with a simple YES/NO selection on the configuration page.

Customizable Configurations:

Apart from the basic configuration, there are many other features that you can utilize for better functioning of the conversation module. Under this module, you can set up a Mobile Number for a chat. Depending upon the choice, admin operating this plug-in can either use the default greeting message or enter own greeting message. As per choice, admin can choose the greeting chat icon this icon will be displayed as a greeting chat icon in the pop-up window, also visibility for devices for an icon to appear can also be chosen. The theme colour for the pop-up is customizable, as per the selected colour.

Icon position settings:

This functionality can work in two ways. Either a user can enable the movable option, which allows the user to move an icon anywhere on the given web page. Another way to utilize this is that admin can pre-configure the position of chat Icon.
Here, the given image shows a default position of WhatsApp contact icon with a close button.
